Project Rebuild: Why I’m Asking for Just $1
Over the years, I’ve quietly done what I could to support people who needed help getting their health back on track.
I’ve discounted my rates almost every time—quietly—because I’ve worked with people who don’t always have access to real health support. Even though I listed a price, I always made adjustments. Not just once or twice—every time.
I’d tell people,
“This one’s on me.”
“We’ll count this as a thank-you from the person who referred you.”
“Let’s just get you started.”
I’ve purchased smart scales. Activity Monitors.
Paid for DEXA scans.
Covered full coaching programs out of my own pocket—not because I had extra to spare, but because I knew the reality: if I didn’t show up for them, no one else would.
And the truth is: I can’t do it all on my own—and it was never meant to be that way.
Introducing Project Rebuild
A campaign to expand access to real coaching, wellness tools, and the kind of structure that truly changes lives.
This is for the people who want to change but don’t have the support.
The ones falling through the cracks.
The ones who just need someone to believe in them long enough to get momentum.
This isn’t charity.
It’s structure. It’s accountability. It’s a second chance.
Here’s What You Can Do:
I’m not asking everyone to give.
But if you believe in what this work stands for—if you’ve experienced it yourself or know someone who has—please consider this:
Share the link. Forward this message. Get it in front of the right person.

Even $1 helps. Even one share matters.
You never know who’s ready to rebuild—if only they had the support to start.
