100 Days Until Summer: The Power of Your Inner Circle

You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. When it comes to health, wellness, and lifestyle changes, this couldn’t be more true.

If the people around you prioritize their health—eating well, staying active, and making mindful choices—you’re more likely to do the same. But if your environment is full of people who don’t care about their health, constantly tempt you with bad habits, or don’t support your goals, it’s an uphill battle.

This isn’t about cutting people off—it’s about building a stronger support system for yourself.

Why Your Circle Matters

When you’re surrounded by like-minded people who share similar goals, you:

✔ Stay accountable. When you know someone else is showing up, you're more likely to stay consistent.
✔ Feel motivated. Seeing others work toward their goals inspires you to keep pushing forward.
✔ Develop better habits. It becomes normal to prioritize your health when the people around you do the same.
✔ Have support on tough days. When you struggle, a strong circle reminds you why you started.

But if you’re the only one making an effort, it’s easy to slip into old habits. That’s why one of the biggest predictors of success is having a strong, health-focused support system.

Ask Yourself: Who’s in Your Circle?

Take a moment to think about the people closest to you.

Are they:
🔹 Encouraging you to be your best self?
🔹 Making positive health choices alongside you?
🔹 Supporting your goals—or unknowingly pulling you away from them?

If you don’t have enough supportive people in your corner, that doesn’t mean you’re alone. It means you have an opportunity: to build the right circle.

Bring Someone Along for the Journey

💡 Imagine this: You start making better choices. You’re eating better, working out, and focusing on your goals. What if the people closest to you did the same?

Wouldn’t it be easier to stay on track if your best friend, spouse, sibling, or coworker was on the same journey with you?

Here’s the challenge: Find at least ONE person in your life who could benefit from joining you in this 100-day push toward summer or simply the push to get healthy and stay healthy.

It could be:
👫 A friend who’s been talking about “getting back in shape”
❤️ A partner or spouse who wants to be healthier
🏋🏽‍♀️ A coworker who needs more energy and motivation
👩‍👧 A family member who needs guidance and support

Bring them in. Invite them to start with you.

Whether they join as a full coaching client or start as a Wellness Client, they’ll get the support, structure, and tools they need. And in return? You’ll have someone to keep you accountable and make this journey even more powerful.
