You spent 20 years taking care of everybody else. Your body kept the receipts.
I'm Kurt Dixon. For 25 years I've helped people fix the life underneath the weight β the days, the sleep, the relationships, the whole 24 hours.

Who I work with
You want to feel like yourself again.
Most of the people I work with are somewhere in the back half of life, and they've arrived at the same quiet realization: the way they've been running their days isn't working anymore.
They're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. Foggy. Heavier, or just⦠off. They go to the doctor once a year, get told everything's "normal," and walk out still not feeling right.
A lot of them spent decades taking care of everybody else - the job, the kids, the parents, the marriage - and somewhere in there they stopped being on their own list.
Now there's finally room to deal with it. That's not a crisis. That's the good part. It just takes a plan, and somebody who looks at the whole picture instead of just the number on the scale.
"You already know what to do. You just talked yourself out of believing it."
The honest part
Who is this for - and who it isn't
This is for you if:
- You've hit a point where you're ready to actually deal with your health instead of starting another program you'll quit.
- You know the way you feel isn't just about weight - it's the whole way your days are running - and you're ready to look at all of it.
- You want somebody in it with you for the long haul, not a 30-day fix.
This isn't for you if:
- You want a quick shortcut, a trend, or a pill instead of actually changing how you live.
- You want to say you've got an advisor but you're not going to do the work.
- You're fine with the once-a-year checkup and managing your decline. That's a real choice - it's just not what I do.
How it works
Your life is running you. Let's flip that.
Eating bad and not moving isn't the problem - it's the result. So that's not where we start.
First, the Baseline
Bloodwork, body composition, a scale that reads your muscle and not just your weight, and a glucose monitor for a stretch. Not to hand you a report β so we've got real numbers to watch as your life changes, and proof the changes are landing.
Then I Want Your Whole Day
What it actually looks like, day to day, week to week, month to month. Home, work, relationships, the drive, the evenings, the money decisions, everything. I'm not being nosy. Your weight and your fog and your bad mood are all coming out of that 24 hours somewhere, and I can't fix what I can't see.
Then We Change One Small Thing
Not twelve. One. Then another. I'm not going to bury you - you'd quit, and you'd be right to. We move slow enough that it sticks, and we build from there.
And I'll tell you the truth upfront: this takes time.
For most people it's months before they really start doing the work, because everybody wants to keep doing what they've always done. That's normal, and I'll tell you if it's happening. But you have to actually be here to make the changes - not just to say you've got an advisor. If you're in, I'm all the way in with you.
What changed
In their words
Some of them came for weight. We ended up fixing a lot more than that.
"Because I know what it feels like to feel good in my own body, I now refuse to accept anything less for myself."Dr Wezi M.
"Our conversations touch on my mental, physical, and emotional well-being while also keeping me accountable and focused on my goals... Working with Kurt has helped me stay grounded, look at situations from different perspectives, and be more intentional about how I move forward."Kennedi
"At 69, I thought slowing down was inevitable. Through his assessment, we identified exactly what was draining my energy. I feel more resilient and independent now than I did at 35."Pam
"I didn't just regain my physical energy; I regained my mental clarity and peace. Kurt's approach helped me find the issues that had me feeling stuck in life."Angela
Why me
Because I actually do this
"Not the workout - my whole life. I run my own day the way I'm going to teach you to run yours. I protect my sleep. I know when my body's whispering to me before it has to shout. My mind races worse than yours, probably - I just know how to run it instead of letting it run me.
So when I ask you to change how your day works, it's not theory I read somewhere. It's how I live. And you'll see it - in the pictures on this page, on our first call, in every video I've put out. I'm not selling you something I don't do myself."

The logistics
The practical stuff
How this actually works around your life.
What You Tell Me Stays with Me.
I work outside insurance. Your bloodwork and what we're doing don't end up in an insurance file somewhere. What you tell me stays between us.
Wherever You Are Is Fine
I set up your labs and your DEXA scan near you, and we do the rest by video and phone. I've got people who travel constantly and people who barely leave their neighborhood. Both work.
I Work With Your Doctor
I'm not replacing your physician - I coordinate with them. If your doctor wants to get on the phone with me, I'll take that call.
You Get Me Directly
No front desk, no waiting room, nobody between us. When something comes up - a trip, a bad stretch, a question - you reach me, not a queue.
The practice
Some have been with me for years
I've never had to advertise. Every person I work with came from somebody else telling them about me.
People don't stay that long because I sold them hard - they stay because it works, and because once your life is actually running right, you don't want to hand the wheel back. I keep it small on purpose - not to make it exclusive, but because I'm in your whole life, not just your workouts.
There's a limit to how many people one person can know that well.
What that means for you: you're not a number moving through a funnel. And if I don't think I can help you, I'll tell you, and point you to someone who can.
Frequently asked questions
Questions people ask
Straight Answers
How is this different from my yearly physical?
Your physical is one afternoon a year. Somebody looks at your numbers, tells you you're "fine," and sends you home for twelve months. I'm in it with you the whole year - watching what your body's actually doing and adjusting as your life changes. The value isn't the test. It's the 364 days after it.
How much time and hassle is this going to be for me?
I set up your labs and scans near you and handle the moving parts. Most of the work is us talking and me adjusting as your life changes. I build it around your life, not the other way around.
Do I have to live near you?
No. I set up your labs and scans near you, everything you need comes to you, and the rest happens on video and in the app. I've got clients all over.
How does this work with my regular doctor?
I don't replace your physician - I coordinate with them, so your labs, your food, and everything we're doing aren't running in separate lanes that never talk. I give you the day-to-day strategy the regular system doesn't have time for.
Does insurance cover this? What about privacy?
No. I work outside insurance on purpose - it's what lets me move at the speed you need and keep your information out of a claims database. Everything stays between us. The people I work with value their privacy, and I treat it that way.
Why do you keep the practice small?
Because I'm in your whole life, not just your workouts, and there's a limit to how many people one person can know that well. Keeping it small is how you get real access to me instead of a version of me stretched too thin to help.
What does it cost?
It depends on how much of your life you want me in - there are a few levels. I'll walk you through what actually fits once we've talked, because most people ask about the wrong one before we've had a real conversation. Reach out and we'll figure out if this is even a fit first.
