Kennedi · started November 2025
I believed it would take forever for me to drop weight.
That was wrong.
One
I felt like I was losing myself.
Not just physically. My motivation was gone, my mental clarity was gone, and I could feel myself slipping. I was traveling, I was out in the city constantly, I was in relationships, and I was finishing graduate school. Life was full. But somewhere in all of that, I stopped being the person I recognized.
Two
There was a heartbreak in there too, and I'll be honest about that. A heartbreak is always a great motivator. But even through the healing, it is important to keep your body moving.
That was the part I held onto.
I didn't get handed a plan.
My coach didn't do that.
Three
What he did was teach me how to live — how to eat, move, and make decisions inside the life I actually have, not some other life. We adjusted week to week. When something wasn't working, we didn't scrap it, we changed it.
He guided me through the part nobody teaches you, which is how to be an adult and take care of yourself at the same time.
Four
The first thing I changed was drinking. I stopped. I was making unhealthy choices and the drinks have tons of sugar, and once I saw that clearly I couldn't unsee it. I cut way back on eating out for the same reason.
Then I added what I actually enjoyed. Pole classes two to three times a week, skating twice a week. It started as once a day and became two to three at times, because I wanted to, not because I had to.
Five
The thing nobody warns you about is the middle.
There were points where the scale stopped moving and I had to keep going anyway. That's where having someone in your corner mattered. Kurt held me accountable, and he recommended smart tech to keep me on track. But mostly he just listened to my struggles and coached me through them.
I didn't have to figure out the hard parts alone.
It gets easier,
not harder.
Six
Twenty-five pounds later, here's what I'd tell anyone starting. I believed it would take forever. That was wrong. Once you get in the groove, your decisions become easier. That's the whole thing.
And the win I'm proudest of has nothing to do with the scale. I can say no to sugar easier than before, and I have a better grip on my emotions. That's the part that changed my life.
The people around me noticed too. They asked me for my routine, and then they started working out with me.
25 lbs down since November 2025 — and still off.
Where you start
Kennedi did this one‑on‑one.
There are two ways in.
One is direct and personal. One is the room where most people begin. Both get you the same thinking — the difference is how much of me, and how fast you want to move.
Path one
Work with me one‑on‑one
This is what Kennedi had. Private, direct, and built around the life you're actually living — training, food, labs, sleep, medication, all of it in one place.
- Everything built for you specifically, not adapted from a template
- Adjusted week to week as your life moves
- Limited spots, and every one starts with a conversation
Short video, who it's for, who it isn't. The application is on that page when you're ready.
Path two
Start in the community
Not sure yet? This is where most people begin, and there's no shame in it. It's a private room where I answer real questions from real people, by name, in the order they land.
- Direct answers from me, not a forum of strangers guessing
- Sunday Calibration — bring one thing that isn't working
- Ask publicly or by DM, whichever you can actually do
Then $47/month, cancel any time. The door to one‑on‑one is inside, whenever you want it.
Kennedi's results are her own, from one-to-one coaching over several months. What happens for you depends on you. Nobody can promise you a number, and anyone who does is selling something.
